Brian McGoff, COO & Founding Partner

Brian McGoff is a founding partner and senior executive leading day-to-day operations.  Brian also serves our clients as a global business advisor to organizations around the globe. He works closely with corporate leadership teams on cost-effective planning and execution of their domestic and international growth strategies and advises Boards of Directors on effective management measures and emerging technology matters.  Throughout his professional career of more than 20 years, Brian has worked to develop new strategies and solutions focused on improving care and increasing efficiencies across multiple areas of health care. Brian spent the last 12 years in leadership roles at IBM, focused on business development and increasing local domain expertise across multiple solutions portfolios. These roles also involved working with the executive teams at key clients across China, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Eastern/Western Europe and Canada providing first-hand experience in the global healthcare market. Brian consistently developed strong teams, measurement processes and customer alliances worldwide resulting in double and triple digit growth for his business units. He has been a frequent presenter and guest speaker at regional and national industry events and symposiums for over 10 years.  Brian specializes in Business Transformation, Marketing, Strategy, Practical AI, Generative AI, Partner Alliances, M&A Transition, Venture Financing, Channel Strategies, Advanced Analytics, Applied Bio informatics, Patient Experience Management, Patient Engagement Strategy and applying advanced technology for Non-Communicable Disease Groups (NCD’s).
